This is good to know, I’m on an M1! Could you @firenzel (bitte & danke) send me the most recent Genie download link? I’ll use a VM. I can’t get the volume on my new aids to be high enough to take a phone call…so frustrating!

Hello, I am a technology oriented new HA user who wants to experiment with self programming Oticon Intent 1 with my audiologist’s blessing. I would appreciate a link to Genie 2 SW, preferably the latest 2024 version. Thank you!

Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go it’s all pretty easy enough but do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.

Hi Firenzel,

I appreciate your post. I can’t seem to find a way to get the Genie 2 software. Do you have a link you could share? Thanking you in advance.

Aaron

Hello, I’m new here too and I’m currently wearing an Oticon Real 3 as a loan device to my Phonak Marvels, which are currently receiving new batteries. I would also appreciate a link to the Oticon Software Genie 2. I already use the Noahlink Wireless with the Phonak Target software.
Thank you!

Welcome to the forum, yeah that’s quite a difference between Phonak and Oticon, just remember there’s a time stamp difference, so possiblity your Audiologist may mention the difference.

Hello. I’ve received my Oticon Intent and the Noahlink Wireless 2 will be here in a few days. Could I also have the link for the Genie 2 software, please? Thank you!

Hi there, great your giving DIY a go, genie software is easy to navigate which makes it all pretty easy to do, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.

Hello. I’m a new user for Oticon but has Signia for 3 years. I had the NOAHlink and the Signia software which of course doesn’t work now.
Is there a way to get the Genie 2 software for my oticon aids

Hi @firenzel. I’m new here and new to Oticon Intent. May I please ask for the link to the Genie 2 software? Thank you!

Wonder is you still have a download link available?

Hi All. I’d really appreciate it if I could get the Genie 2 software. Can someone please help?

Welcome to the forum, great your willing to give DIY a go, do read the user guides as this is very helpful for setting up the first time, and don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device.

Hi @firenzel et.al.,

I’m a long time hearing aid user and self-programmer (previously using Phonak aids). I recently received a pair of Oticon Opn 1 from a deceased relative that I’d like to set up for myself. As such, I’ll need a copy of the appropriate version of Oticon Genie software. I already have a USB HiPro and the required cables and connectlinks, so I assume the software is all I need to get started.

Would you be able to help with a download link for Genie?

Much appreciated,
-David

Oticon Genie 2 download link pleaseeeee

Hi there,

Just joined the forum as a recent hearing aid user having put the stigma to one side to help myself and others around me also!

Have a single Oticon Engage BTE for my left ear to help with hearing loss and hopefully provide temporary reduction in screaming Tinnitus.

Did ask my Healthcare Professional for a couple of options to be enabled in software but seems they preferred the bare-bones approach.

This means I already have a Noahlink Wireless 2 on the way and would appreciate it if I might receive the download link for Oticon Genie 2 software to allow me to add extra programs and other features.

Reading this thread I see many recommendations to read the User Guides. Are these included in the download or is there another resource for these please?

Thanks & kind regards,
-=Glyn=-

Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go, it’s not too hard to do, and yes reading the user guides is very helpful for setting up the first time, those Engage are from the NHS right, it’s possible you’ll need the unlock code to program them.
