Hi there, great your giving DIY a go, do read the user guide as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.
Hello. I’m switching from KS9 aids to Oticon Intent 1 aids and would like to have the ability to tweak my settings. May I please have the link to the Genie 2 software? Many thanks in advance.
Hi there, great your willing to give DIY a go, it’s all pretty easy enough but do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, and of course you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device.
Many thanks for the help Tenkan!

Hi @firenzel, please give me the link to Oticon Genie 2. I want to adjust my hearing aids myself.
Hi there! I just bought my second connectclip because the first one the battery stop working but now the new one doesn’t connect with my hearing aids… And i think i need to update them via genie 2, can someone please send me the link for download? I’ve tried everything. I would appreciate it ty !!
Welcome, yeah it seems a few people are having issues of some sort of another with the connect clip, did you try replacing the battery or is it not available or worthwhile.
It seems that is not the firmware because its already 1.135 version… maybe need to update hearing aids, idk… but its very strange, i had no connection problems with the old one.
I will replace the battery also
Hi, my mom got her oticon opn S a couple of years ago, but she has never been satisfied with the aid. We have gone many times to the professionals for them to adjust the parameters but I think it has a lot to do with trial and error. Last year I got my mom a pair of more 1 in ebay and took them to the oticon dealer in my country but they dont support them because I didnt bought from them. I am trying to get the Genie 2 software to copy the data from the old hearing aid to the new one and adjust it bit by bit with my mom’s feedback. Please if someone can help me.
Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go, although it’s all pretty easy, if your going to do this for someone else then please do your research and read the user guides before doing DIY, you’ll also need the Noahlink wireless programming device.
I currently have a NoahLink and program my Resound One HA. I am moving over to an Oticon HA and would like to continue programming them. Can you please provide me with a link to the Genie software. Thank you.
Hi there, yeah that’s a bit of a difference from ReSound models, should be interesting how you get on, but anyways do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.
Hello Thanks for forming such a great community. I am also looking for the Genie 2 software for my Otcicon. I am using a Mac but I am familar with bootcamp.
Thank you
Steve
Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go, it’s all pretty easy enough but do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well, but unfortunately it doesn’t work with any ARM based PC.
I have been wearing Oticon More HA for 3 years. Very IT proficient so I would like to take some control by having the Genie software. Can you please provide a download link? Thanks!
Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go it’s all pretty easy enough, but do read the user guides and you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device for your DIY projects.
Hi to all,
Just signed up to the forum after browsing for a few weeks since starting to use my Oticon Intent 1 HA’s, an absolute wealth of information, have learned such a lot already.
Would like to expand my knowledge much further with an insight into the programing of my HA’s via the Oticon Genie 2 software, proposing to run on Windows 10/11 PC/Laptop.
I realise I will have to purchase a Noahlink 2 BT-LE Universal Programmer to connect but would like to confirm the availability of the SW before buying this hardware.
Wonder if someone would be kind enough to supply a download link for Genie 2 SW?
I have seen a 3rd party purchase site for the SW but to be honest looks a bit suspect, reluctant to use.
Welcome to the forum, great your willing to give DIY a go, it’s all pretty easy enough, getting used to how the software works is a good idea, yeah there’s no need to buy software.
