As a retired professional soundengineer I lost my right middle ear by a tumor disease and have to wear a BAHA. My Oticon Ponto 3 SP gave up after 6 years and I’ll get a Ponto 5 SP soon, since Oticon refuses to repair the Ponto 3. Unfortunately my Genie 2016.1 Software no longer works with this, so I need Genie 2 2022.1 or up for my HiPro device. Any idea, whre to get the Software?
Hi there, sure it’s available, I didn’t know genie could provide programming for Ponto, unfortunately I don’t know what programming device is required, HiPro or wireless?

thanks for responding. The Ponto 5 can connect via HiPro and cable as well as via NoahLink . I have a HiPro and cable, which works with my old Ponto 3 and my upcoming Ponto 5 too, as my acoustician told me, but he can’t give me the software, as the administrator of the clinic is sorry he has to refuse to do so. The Oticon manual says that Genie 2 2022.1 and up should work. A multilingual version would be great, as I am german, but the english version should do as well.

I ater several, borth good and bad, experiences with my audiologist programming my Oticon Siya-2 I would like to do this myself in connection with the Noahlink Wireless device. I would, therefore, greatly appreciate receiving the downloadlink for GENIE-2.

Hi, you’re right - it has to be the Genie Medical BAHS 2022.1 or later Software, which is not Genie 2 I think, sorry…
