Oticon Genie 2 2023 download?

Hi Firenzel, i I’m looking Oticon Genie 2 too, could I have a link?

Many thx.

Hi there, sure, don’t forget your Noahlink wireless, plus do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.

Hi Tenkan and all…Hope I’m still on topic…After (insurance mandated) 60 day trials first of Oticon Reals and then Oticon mores, I returned the "More"s to go back to the "real"s but my Audi just told me that my insurance will no longer work with Oticon…My next (perhaps should have been first) choice will be Widex…Question…Will I be able to DIY with Widex?..Do they have their own proprietary
software or does one use the “Genie 2” ?..What about the hardware interface?..Many thanks!

Hi there, yes Widex use their own respective software called Compass, the Noahlink wireless programming device is used from the Moment platform onwards.

Thx Tenkan…Is the Compass software available from members here and open source like Genie2?

Actually none is “open source” as such, but it’s available, check your PM.

@firenzel would you please send me a PM link to the Oticon Genie software? I really need it in order to start a new job on the right foot. I’ve had to downgrade to a second-hand HA while being out of work & I have also bought the FittingLink from eBay. Your help is really appreciated!

Hello,
I have an Oticon Own 1, and being a musician I would also need the Genie 2 software to make small adjustments.
Can someone send me the link?
Thank you very much.

Welcome to the forum, sure, great your giving DIY a go, you’ll also need the Noahlink wireless programming device for your DIY project, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.

Hi I have a connect clip that I have to keep going back to have it unpaired. So it stops dropping out. I would live to look at being able to do this myself. Could I please get a link to Genie 2 software. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum, sure it’s always handy to have, you could start a DIY project on the side as well if you wanted, all you’d need is a Noahlink wireless, Genie software is easy enough to use.

Hi there. So sorry to hop in on the link. But I too am looking for a link to the Genie 2 software. I already have access to the Noahlink device. It would be greatly appreciated!

If possible, I’d also like a link to Genie 2. Got a noahlink wireless, pair of SIYA2, test results, and desire help get dear old dad hearing again.

Saw the links to the Oticon instructions and guide and grabbed those. Looking through some old topics, seems there was at one point some DIY guides that were available from a poster that now seem to lead to a dead dropbox link. Would love to get my hands on anything that would help build up some general knowledge as it seems likely what I have will eventually become backups or changed out at some point (and may need to apply what I learn to different software).

Thanks to tenkan and anyone else that can help.

I’m like Everyone else too!!..looking to play around with the settings in my hearing aids…especially for tinnitus…at HOME!..genie 2 needed!..audies dont seem to have time to properly find what works!

HI there, sure, great your giving DIY a go, it’s all pretty easy enough, don’t forget the hardware requirements, a Noahlink wireless programming device, and last do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.

Hello, just another person looking for a link to the Genie 2 software. I don’t have have a noahlink yet but I would like to install the software so I can understand it. My hope is that if I can understand the software and its capabilities then I could provide better feedback to my audiologist who seems to be shooting in the dark. I am demoing a pair of Oticon Real 3 and the whole fitting process seems to be just as slow and inefficient as my last pair (Oticon Alta Pro) which I never felt were ever optimized.

Much appreciated,
Ted

Hi there, sure it’s available, great idea to try and help out your Audiologist, you may as well go and get the Noahlink wireless programming device tho, because you’ll want to make changes over time, and as you know it’s always a bit of a hassle to get into the clinics to do simple changes all the time!

Welcome to the forum, sure it’s available, great your willing to DIY projects a go, it’s all pretty easy enough, plenty of us here to help you along if needed.
Do read the user guides and check out the video guide, a very handy way to show you how it’s done.

Hi, I am new to the world of hearing aids. I have recently trialled Hansaton, Oticon Real 1, then Phonak Lumity. I decided to go with the oticons and recently purchased a pair of Oticon Intent 1’s.

Although I have had the initial setup with an Audioligist, I can see the benefit it having control over your devices beyond the Oticon app.

I would appreciate a link to the genie 2 software. Thanks in advance.

Hi there, sure, but don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well for your DIY projects, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.
