As a retired professional soundengineer I lost my right middle ear by a tumor disease and have to wear a BAHA. My Oticon Ponto 3 SP gave up after 6 years and I’ll get a Ponto 5 SP soon, since Oticon refuses to repair the Ponto 3. Unfortunately my Genie 2016.1 Software no longer works with this, so I need Genie 2 2022.1 or up for my HiPro device. Any idea, whre to get the Software?
