Does anyone knows where I can download the software for danalogic Ambio and danalogic Ambio smart?

Well, you have a few problems. Maybe the software you seek is Danafit which you can find in DIY School. Just click the very first PDF file in DIY School named (01 Free Hearing Aid Fitting Software).

But it’s not likely to work because NHS (National Health Service) hearing aids tend to be locked. Read the second PDF file in DIY School named (02 How to Program Your Hearing Aids) which discusses locked hearing aids.

I will have a read through this in the evening. When I get my hearing aids retuning and I look at the computer in the hospital, the name of the software is Ambio 1.11. Thank you very much.

Oh okay. But still locked because National Health Service Hearing Aids are typically locked in order to prevent abuse of their services.

Yes locked HAs again,ReSound NHS model, it may be possible to get the unlock code as well, as the Phonak and Oticon unlock codes are floating around on the forum.

I have NHS Phonak and Oticon code but have never come across Resound GN Ambio.

The Ambio can connect to N7 Cochlear Implant so I wonder if it’s even locked?

Have you tried to connect?

I think it’s the fitting software (not the hearing aid) that would be locked.

I have not seen-or-heard of anyone downloading this fitting software (Ambio 1.11)? Danafit is available, but maybe that is an old (perhaps obsolete) version??

So you still need two things;

  • The fitting software
  • The code to unlock the fitting software

I doubt that you can get both of those and I don’t know where/how to get either one??
