Do you mean “fitting bands” if so OPN has 16, as for “channels” they claim 48 to 64, but take any amount of “channels” being offered like this with a pinch of salt, I’m not sure what the Spirit Synergy equivalent model is (most likely Alta or similar) its older tech from 2014-15 so those would have “16 Channels” and 10 “fitting bands”

I believe Danalogic Ambio aids are not locked, you just need the correct programming software.

There are several brands of software with version 1.18, please check if your software is named “Danalogic 1.18” as in the picture below.

There is no code as the software is specific for Danalogic Ambrio Aids.
Did you buy a Noahlink Wireless to program them as your old NOAHlink is incorrect now.

Hi JohnD2, fo the following before connecting your hearing aids:
Make sure the fitting software is Danalogic 1.18.
Turn off your phone’s Bluetooth in your smartphone’s settings - Bluetooth.
Restart your hearing aid and connect within 3 minutes.
