I have a Widex Moment model MRR2B 440. When updating the firmware I changed it to the MRB2B model, I mean, which now is supposed to be battery powered instead of the rechargeable model and turning it off and changing programs is a hassle. Fails a lot. It did it on its own, so it’s a failure to update or detect my model. Is it possible with CompassGPS to reload the MRR2B firmware? Any solution or do I have to take it to a Widex center?
Wow never heard of such a thing happening, how is possible to update the incorrect firmware, compass would throw an exception error for trying this!
I suspect you’ve done something else, so did you do the firmware update through the App?
But yeah if you have the Noahlink wireless and compass software you could most certainly try to flash the firmware update again, but I still think you’ve done something else to cause your issues.
In compagps I don’t see the option to load the old firmware
Only “new” firmware is shown/available, you cannot go back.
It’ll most likely have to go back to the widex factory to reverse the f/ware.
Tough.
