Tulip Domes for Phonak Audeo L90-RL's

Before I purchase the ReSound Tulip domes, I was wondering if anyone here has used these with their Phonak Lumity HAs? I normally wear Phonak large open domes and I use the same domes on my JVC OTC hearing aids too. I’m just looking for a dome that cuts the noise down just a little more than the open domes when I go to a loud restaurant or pub. ~ Thanks!

Every dome fit with the 4.0 receivers, so no problem with the ReSound Tulip domes.
Be aware that changing domes require changing the hearing aids fitting, so you can try like that if it works for you, but you could :
a) stay with tulip / closed domes if you can tolerate that
b) ask your fitter to create 1-2 manual programs (speech in noise and speech in a very noisy environment) while doing REM with the new set of domes

Oticon domes work with Phonak and the other way round as well.

My Step Mum has Phonak domes on her Oticon Engage 85 (that’s the name of her Aids).

Is that so the OP can swop out the domes and use tulip domes with the Speech in Noise program?

Yes, it’s also doable with AutoSense OS, but then you WILL HAVE to switch domes every time.

Thank you! I ordered the Resound tulip domes and they fit great!

Thanks I will do that. I went ahead and ordered the Resound tulip domes. They fit my ears great and they seem to stay put on the receivers. Good thing because I’ve had a Phonak closed dome get stuck way down my ear canal (story for another post)… I tried the new tulip domes out on some of my custom programs and I’m able to get very close to the default program for my open domes. However, I will make sure I take them with me to my next Audiologist appointment.
