Software 2.0.132.26 recognizes the aid and will partially program them. Audiologist version of same software/version has 17 frequency bands mine only has 10. Specs for this aid shows 17 bands. Any way to add the missing instrument to the list?
Are you sure, don’t think it’s possible to “partially program” them, it’s all or nothing.
Only way to add your Jabra is to connect them through SmartFit, have you got any screenshots of what’s happening?

Yes I have screenshots but have to downsize files. Yes software is up to date.
The aids connect and show proper model and receivers and serial number but it says they are not on my instrument list
Oh I see what you mean, yeah Jabra aren’t there at that point, just carry on and they’ll be automatically populated once you go to the next step in SmartFit.
