I was cleaning house and stumbled across a new “toy” hubs bought: a BEAUTIFUL and clever Shargeek power bank that has lots of outlets for charging things on the road. It measures 6.49"w x 2.48"d x 2.32"h - small enough to fit in the hand. It’s a hefty little bank!
It can charge cell phones, Roger mic bases, rechargeable hearing aid bases and many other appliances and electronics you might want to travel with.
With its size and long-lasting power, I can no longer belly-ache about HOW to keep my rechargeable bases charged up for taking on the road with my rechargeable aids.
I admit - at first glance, I thought this was a Pono music player, lol! Then I lifted my feather duster and examined it closer. It’s TOTALLY COOL!
Will it stay on while the hearing aids charge at that very low current draw? Many battery packs feel the low draw isn’t really doing anything and shut themselves off.
Button Operation: Long press: Power on/off. Double-click: Switch to low-current mode. Double-click again to exit this mode. The working time of this mode is set to 2 hours and will exit automatically after 2 hours. Low-current Mode: When not charging, long press the power check button for 3s to enter low-current charging mode, which can charge low-current devices such as Bluetooth headsets and wristbands. The LED lights will light up in the sequel to remind you that the power bank is in low current charging mode. To exit this mode, just long press the power check button again for 3s. The working time of this mode is set to 2 hours and will exit automatically after 2 hours.
To put it to the real test tho, I need to try this out at home with my Phonak Lumity Life rechargeables. I’ll report back when that’s done!
That is a charger that needs to be plugged in to a 12v outlet. Generally, to us boomers a cig lighter in a car but now they call them accessory outlets. Same as at home when you plug in to a 120v in the wall.
A power bank needs to charged with either of the above sources then put in your pocket. When you are out in bfe and your whatever dies you can charge it by whipping out your power bank.

Possibly that it claims to be “waterproof” (um, do NOT quote me on that, cuz my Phonak “waterproof” rechargeables certainly weren’t) and fast-charging in 45 min. Plus it has a battery capacity of 24000 milliamp hours, charges up to 3 devices at a time and has a simple, useful display. I’d toss in size being smallish for its power.
