Signia styletto ix issue

Hi all. I’ve recently upgraded from an NHS aid to the signia styletto ix 7. I have a high frequency loss. Wearing aids for 11 months

Over all, very happy. Apart from in loud destinations, like a coffee shop. My voice and whoever I talk to seems to what I call phase and sound very loud and almost slightly out of sync. I’ve had two follow up appointments and now have a noisy environment program (pretty much sound the same).

Anyone else had any issues like this?

What happens when you use the volume control?

Thanks for the reply. That’s one thing I haven’t tried. Will try that. I never experienced it with my NHS one’s so hense my question it’s almost as if it’s over compensating for the loudness.
