I work in a very busy pharmacy
I have the Phonak Paradise hearing aids. My phone at work is Cisco 885 Bluetooth.
The connection with my hearing aids is poor.
I was to to get the Roger in. I did pair with my phone. However I can’t connect to the phone. I also have the plantronics MDA 220 WITH BT300 DONGLE.
The goal is to be hands free and wireless. PHONAK support sucks

At the bottom of the instruction sheet, it says “This solution does not work with hearing aids with RogerDirect.” If you have Paradise aids, then they have RogerDirect, so I guess it won’t work.
Is it absolutely necessary to use that type of phone? It’s pretty easy to get them to stream to any cell phone.

I work For Walgreens and all the phone are cisco
Very frustrating
I did not try with the Mda 220 yet. But not getting hopes up
I may try connecting and use MDA but with a dongle 500
