New to hearing aids. Bought Advance Super rechargeable hearing aids from Specsavers, Marion shopping center South Australia. Bought from them because they will most likely be around in the future. Very happy with the much improved hearing. The audiologist was a great guy and made it a pleasant experience.
Question 
one hearing aid often has to be inserted back into the charge to reset it. It works a little bit, rub the top and l only get 30% of the volume compared to the other one. Am I missing something?
Go back and get the one replaced. They should not be doing that.
