I have a charger but aids sat in them for an extended time. The leds do not flashto show they are on. The instruction manual tells what to do, but they don’t tell you which aid to use. Right being red, and the volume up. Left being blue, and the volume down. I need to know which one to use to manually turn them on.

I don’t know which brand of aids these are, but likely you press the button on each aid for more than 5 seconds to turn them on. If there are two buttons on each aid, try pressing one and if that doesn’t work, the other.
