One of my wife’s KS10 would not charge. Our Costco audi (boy, I hope she stays for a long while) took a look and concluded that the aid had gone into a deep sleep. She somehow woke it up, and all is well with the aid again. It really seemed to be dead and in need of replacement or service.
It’s still under warranty, so Costco would have taken care of it financially, but it’s much better to get it back without having to send it to a service center.
In any case, if your KS10s seem to be dead, they may just be sleeping.
