Phonak program randomly switching

I have an issue that just started today and hoping someone has some ideas to try.

I have Phonak Audeo P90s. The program change sound would happen randomly for no reason, occurring about every minute, to 10 minutes. Some times near constant. The HAs are auto connecting to something. Checked the app and the program kept switching to “Partner Mic”. My mic and all other Bluetooth devices in my home were powered off. My mic isn’t even charged since I never use it. Even with my iPhone powered off this keeps happening. There’s no new devices in the house. The change program jingle is driving me INSANE.

My guess is the neighbours setup some new device today that uses the same frequency as the partner mic, because it happens most when I’m to one side of the house. Avoiding my kitchen, bathroom and TV room doesn’t leave me many other options in my own home.

It’s the holidays so my audi is gone until who knows when.

Is there any way at all to stop the HAs from auto connecting to mic devices? I can’t find an option in the app. Google hasn’t quite helped me out either.

Maybe go to your neighbor’s and try to identify what it is?? Once you find it, maybe the neighbor will be cooperative and turn it off, maybe replace it with another device. I don’t see any other options, even if you go to an audiologist, maybe the only option would be to replace the partner mic with a newer version or stop using it, delete it from the hearing aid settings. First identify the cause.

Maybe have the audiologist run diagnostics on them? I had an issue where one of my aids just started restarting every little while and the jingles wee driving me nuts. They sent it in for a new one.
