Hi there, sure it’s available, but you’ll also need the correct programming device as well for your DIY projects, what models are you using?
Do read the user guide as well very helpful for setting up the first time.

Welcome to the forum, I think those are from the NHS so would most likely be locked out of the software, you’d need the code to program them.

Best bet to get an upgrade to NHS Oticon Engage with Bluetooth.

Good afternoon. Help, please share with the download link for Genie 2 2023. I really hope this helps. The problem is the following, I bought used Oticon reai 1, I also have Noahlink Wireless. When first connected, the hearing aids communicated well with Noahlink Wireless, after which it asked for an update, after which the hearing aids stopped communicating with Noahlink Wireless. Perhaps someone has come across this?

So just to confirm you updated the HAs or Noahlink wireless?
So if you shut down your PC and restart Genie, then plug the Noahlink wireless in, does it work?
What windows version are you using 10 or 11.

I have updated my Noahlink wireless and hearing aids and restarted my computer, unfortunately this does not help.

I’d uninstall Genie and try again, if still no go, reinstall the drivers for Noahlink wireless device from here, win 11 has a known issue.

Uninstalled genie 2 and reinstalled 2023 version, reinstalled drivers for Noahlink wireless device, restarted computer. Nothing helps. Maybe this problem is due to the fact that I am in Russia?

I think that this problem is due to the fact that officially oticon real 1 is not shipped to Russia.

With Phonak Software you can select that you’re in a different country. Can you do that with Oticon Software?

Hold up, you were able to connect and program until you updated the firmware, so the update to the firmware has obviously done something.
What country did you buy the Real from, USA?
If so try installing Genie and choose USA as country, but I’ve brought HAs from all over word without issue when programming.

What procedure are you using to connect to the Noahlink wireless, as you only have 2min in pairing mode, are the Real rechargeable battery?
