Did I hear my Audi correctly? There are no programs on the app except for Normal? She said it is all handled now by the hearing aid.

Your audiologist has to program the extra programs that you desire. Such as music, calm, and speech in noise. I only have the default program as I want to just put my aids in my ears and forget about them for the whole day. Yes it is possible if you an your audiologist is dedicated enough to spend the required time to ensure the correct fittings.

The button circled is in the App and helps hear better with background noise.

Thanks. The Audi programmed rhe MORE1 with various hearing options but she said that the Intent is very good at adjusting automatically to those programs.

You need a new audi!!
No Oticon aid adjusts programs automatically.
If you want Music, Speech in Noise, Lecture, they have to be added in the fitting software, just like your Mores were.

Agree with @flashb1024. You can set a number of programs in the fitting app, which is very useful. I don’t use the INTENT myself, but to tell you it’s not possible is not okay. How do you switch from induction loop on to off? That’s a different program. Even if you don’t switch around all the time, why not be prepared for different situations?

It has been explained before. There are no apps with the Oticon, the hearing adjust in real ti e, no switching. This is much better than Phonak where you could feel the switch. Phonak is now going the way of Oticon by being able to switch partially between apps, not just fully.
