Received notification to upgrade Genie 2 to 2024.1 today. Upgrade went smoothly.

location or app package…? i think this is the answer… i did uninstalled the older version and now i have the 2024.1 .
now am doing the “death by power point” learning about how to use it.

I would like to adjust my OTICON Opn 1 hearing aids.
I purchased the HIMSA Noahlink device.
Could you help me download the OTICON Genie software to make adjustments?

I have always known that I had a small issue listening and clearly understanding the ones around me.
Now in my mid 40’s I was able to afford “most of my needs”
The proper exam reveals my hearing problems and the start of a new chapter in my life.
Am able to listen, explain and teach in my field with a clear picture. (Sounding clear).
After first fitting with my audiologist I started to experience what really means to listen and understand.
I have always struggled to understand what unless am face to face to understand what’s being said. And am aware that most people thought that I get distracted too easy or change gears in the conversation too quickly….
At the second meeting fine tuning, at the 3rd more fine tuning every time we meet a small adjustment with a great gains.
Now thanks to this place am able to adjust the ”optional features” of my device and am LOVING IT!

Hi there, sure no problem, what models are you thinking of as the Noahlink wireless is from OPN onwards.
If i could find a used Real, i would try that.

Hi,
I have Oticon OPN 1 and Oticon OWN 1 hearing aids. My previous trusted audiologist moved to a country location so I have a new audiologist now. She is not very good with using the software. I had my 6th visit today but the adjustment still does not suit me. Can someone please share a link for the software so I can try myself? I am very good with gadgets and computers. Also, what other equipment/cables will I need to connect my hearing aids with the software? Thank you in advance.
Welcome to the forum, sure genie is available, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device, however if your Own are non wireless you’ll need a HiPro and cables.
