Sorry I know there are a ton of posts out here on this topic, but I have followed every step to the letter. Everything updated on Genie, firmware updated on Noahlink, etc. Everything goes fine until I hit CONNECT, looks for HA for a few seconds then goes back to “cant connect to Noahlink, etc”. Choosing Noahlink under preferences, goes fine also. Any help appreciated on this situation.
So you do have to put the HAs into pairing mode, open and close the battery doors and then click connect.

Mine is rechargable, so I put in charger until turns red, then take back out and it turns back on.
What Genie2 version you have now installed? Can you try to delete this and then install an older version of Genie2?
Hi thanks fore the reply. I updated my NoahLink firmware again and now can connect no issues.
