NHS code to program Phonak Nathos Nova PR

Hello

The NHS gave me these hearing aids yesterday.
My private aids, Oticon Opn, I jibbled myself and made more useful through programming.
The NHS audiologist programmer was lovely but has limited ability and knowledge.
I would love to be able to program my NHS aids and I have Target 8.1.1 but not the relevant code.
If anybody could please provide me with the code to allow me to do so, I would be ever so grateful.

Hi there, good idea to do a little DIY, I’m sure you’ll get the code soon enough.

@Zebras

Sent the code.

In case you were wondering. The Nathos Nova PR are the Phonak Bolero M70 PR in terms of the tech inside.

Thank you ever so much.

Hi is it possible to have the pin code for the NHS supplied Phonak Nathos Nova M please.

I’m just wanting to view the audiogram and general settings but not make any changes.

I have noahlink wireless and target 9.
Will it be possible?

Hello my dear
Please send me the code

Hi,
I have just been given my phonak bolero m70 m hearing aids by the nhs.
Although i can stream and receive calls through them, the my phonak app will not connect to them. So i xant make any fine adjustments. I have found there are no alternative programs within the aids themselves. So there is just one setting. Is this the nirm with the nhs? I feel the aids can offer a lot more but i dont have access.
Getting through to the audio dept is almost impossible. Can anyone advise me?
Many thanks.

Yeah you should be able to access more then the start up program (which no doubt is AutoSence) so long as the NHS has done this,I believe you can make up and save a custom program within the App, sorry I don’t use Phonak so can’t say much more but @Zebras or @kevels55 should be able to help.

You don’t say what phone you have @pg64? I don’t use an android mobile, I personally only use iPhone, at present iPhone 16 pro… For what its worth, connecting to the MyPhonak app, can be fiddly, the correct procedure must be followed… TBH, the app sucks, and is mainly as much use as a chocolate fire guard! Cheers Kev

Many thanks tenkan and kevels55.

It has taken four attempts but it seems pairing the aids with the phone, independently to the phonak app may have caused the problem. Basically the process seems to be, to install the app and initiate the blue tooth connection through the app. It still took a couple of attempts for the app to see both hearing aids, then I had all the programs and features. Few.

Thanks again,
