Hello and thanks for help
I have signia inso 5x and have Hipro programmer with long cable CS44 and adapter for signia cic cs56 3 pin and im trying to connect on Connexx 9.11 and telling me msg that problem on comucation or hearing aid not support

I see the audiolgist have same programmer and cabels they are same… What i can i do please i need help cuz its very far distance to me to go again to audiolgist. Thanks all

Hi Bmt. First check the hipro if is connected to the software, verify in the connexx software that hipro is connected. If not, then you have to restart the software.

Yes its connected on Connexx i see it HIPRO on Connexx Connection.
