Keeping Connected iPad

I have new Jabra Enhance Pro20s. They refuse to stay connected to my iPad (6th gen), so that when I seek to FaceTime with a friend, I’m out of luck. Yesterday I ended up using my laptop, since with the “3rd mic” (=M+RIE) I can hear thru-the-air on it :+1: Any ideas for keeping devices connected, as you move from one to another? (Yes, I had [earlier] connected the HAs w/ my iPad.)
