It seems you can no longer update Smart Fit without a Resound account. Does anyone have a copy of the latest update? (Smart Fit 1.19)
You can still update, not sure why you can’t, 1.18 is the latest I see, check your PM.
I downloaded 1.14 from Resound’s Support site, ordered a Noahlink and thought I was all set but I guess 1.14 is so old that my hearing aids don’t show up ( RU961 DRWC) in the list and I guess 1.14 doesn’t have a web updater or I can’t find it.
I’m not a tech newbie but I’m certainly a HA newbie.
Any suggestions?
