Distorted hear in right ear

Due to covid the waiting list for ear nose and throat doctor is 2-5 years

I have been on the waiting list since 2021 so hopefully soon

But my question is lately when there is sound (computer, tv, kids, radio)

I get a muffled (only for like 2 seconds) in my right ear this can be muffles, static, ringing (in some cases a shot second of pain ‘very rare’)

I have gone to multiple doctors, hearing specialist (all say I have perfect hearing) but I know something is not right

I have another doctors appointment on Monday

(I just don’t know how to explain this to my doctor in a way he can understand as well as myself understanding what happening in my body)
What and how do I explain

It could for instance be that you have some sort of transient Eustachian tube disfunction in that ear.

But I suggest you explain to the doctor the effects you hear, how often it occurs, what if you can identify it brings an attack on and what difficulty this gives you.

Write it all down if you aren’t sure you will remember to say it all and hand a copy of this over to the doctor.

Good luck.
