Can LE Audio use the phone's microphone during calls?

When using the latest LE Audio to connect to a phone,
is it possible to choose the phone’s microphone for calls?

I haven’t seen any obvious way of doing it. Philips 9050, Pixel 8 Pro.

I have the Oticon INTENT1 aids with tje Samsung S23 phone and it uses le audio an I can do totally hands free calls.
