Interesting. I wonder if Costco will support the otc aids they sell. I can certainly see companies doing some support - getting them to work out of the box can be a challenge.

Yeah good point, that’d be good if Costco helped out more with the OTC models, although getting HAs from your audiologist “working out of the box” can also be challenging for a lot of people.

From what I’ve read, very true ;). I’d be hopeful that they would help. I have jabras and the staff is amazingly helpful. My HIS knows that I do some diy and supports it. Of course, we’ll have to wait and see I guess.
