Riding my e-bike has made a wonderful change.
Before my e-bike I was more and more uncomfortable walking wit less and less distance.
I’m improving slowly but I’m very grateful. I’m a heart patient that’s now more able to walk.

I also struggled with the Airpods staying in my ears, but after swapping out the factory tips with aftermarket foam tips, they never fall out.
Did you try these? Comply Foam Tips | AirPods Pro, AirPods & Apple Earbuds
That is what I’m using and the fit is fantastic, as a bonus they seal up well and really help block out the noise.
