I too have the Jabra Enhance Pro 20s and I have had great success with LE Audio and Hands Free. This streaming with a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.
I have had to get my receivers replaced twice, including today, but I attribute that to me tugging on the wires to get my tight fitting double domed power domes out of my ears. I do not see this as a negative. They are replaced for free under warranty. I am going to start being more careful by gently pulling them out however.
My partner has the same HAs with the Samsung Galaxy S24. She is more careful pulling her receivers out and has had zero other problems with her Jabras.
We both love our Jabras!
BTW I updated my firmware to the latest version today as well.
While you gently apply tension with one hand on the hearing aid wire, stick, or sports lock, take the other hand and gently pull up and out on the rear top part of your ear lobe. This should open your ear canal a bit.
With the Spheres I just got and power domes on the receivers, I only tug on a receiver wire enough to generate tension, and I apply varying strengths of a gentle tug to the top rear of an ear lobe. There’s a tension sweet spot in tugging that gives the maximum ear canal opening. Too hard a tug and the canal will start to close up again. Make it a gentle, slow process. Especially with domes, tugging too hard on the wire is a good way to lose a dome in your ear canal (don’t ask me how I know!). At least I have an MD wife with an otoscope and a good set of tweezers who has had some practice retrieving lost domes from inside my ear canal. It’s something you don’t want to have an unqualified person attempt.
Those ‘sports locks’ can easily break/separate (especially if you tug on them), so get the technician to give you some extras, so you can replace them, as needed.
