Hello*Don

I recently just received my new Naida hearing aids with the Complot*
the voy ager is connected to the Cisco phone at work
So far it has been working well
How ever lately when I begin my Shift and answer a call I can hear the caller but the Car’t hear me.*
I tried to pair The two with NO Luck
Eventually the caller Can hear me
the are no Issues with my cell
is it the platronicsVoyager500??

It does sound like the 500a has a problem. Have any of the wheel settings changed? It’s odd that it eventually works. You might have to do a test call at the beginning of your shift, if it only has the problem on the first call.

Did you get the MDA200?

  1. Plantronics MDA200 (the main device that connects to your office phone and PC)
  2. Plantronics SSP2714-01 (this is the dongle that is like the BT300 dongle but is somehow optimized for hearing aid bluetooth devices)
  3. Plantronics EHS cable for your specific office phone. EHS APC41, I think, but verify.
  4. Bluetooth hearing aid device for your brand of hearing aid. For example, I have Resound hearing aids so I have the Resound Phone Clip+ bluetooth device. You will use your Compilot?

No, once you get the equipment you will see the connector on the back of the MDA200 is proprietary. The EHS cable allows you to take calls without manually lifting the phone handset or having the lifter device.

Is there something else going on? You have been talking about this for several months.

If you buy from a place that has a good return policy, like Amazon, you can buy it and try it out. If you don’t like it you can return it. Just be careful on Amazon that you either buy it from actual Amazon, or if you buy from a third party on Amazon, know what their return policy is.

I finally returned the mda200 bt300 to phonak could not get to work or pair
plantronics confirmed that the bt300 will not pair or work properly
the correct done is what u recommended
this will pair and cause not echo
where did u order your from

They bought it at work and I don’t know the vendor. I checked around at that time and it seemed all the vendors had about the same price.
